We are offering free LOCAL DELIVERY Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays. Orders must meet minimum total amount based on distance. If ordering on MWF, order must be placed by 3pm to ensure delivery that day. Orders choosing delivery placed Friday after 3pm will be delivered the following Monday unless prior arrangements have been made.
Within 3 miles - $30 minimum
Within 5 miles - $50 minimum
You will be contacted after your order is placed about delivery. If your order cannot be delivered that day for any reason, we will contact you ASAP.
Orders are typically delivered between 6-7pm.

Pick-ups are available Monday-Friday 11-6pm & Saturdays 11-5!!
*Please place orders by 5pm M-F and by 4pm Saturday to ensure same day pick-up. If these hours don't work for you, we would love to set up another time that works better.
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100*. If you need an item received sooner than the 3-8 days it may take, we suggest choosing a faster option.
We ship via USPS and insure the order for the full cost of the items being shipped. Once items are handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages**. To file a claim with USPS, click here.
If you would like your order shipped via another carrier or requiring a signature at delivery, please e-mail us and we are more than happy to arrange this.
When filling out shipping information, please make sure your shipping address is correct. All orders returned to us via USPS marked with "insufficient address", "addressee not known", or "packaged refused" will be cancelled and refunded less a 10% restocking fee.
*Some exclusions apply. Items not eligible will be clearly marked on their product page "Not Eligible for Free Shipping" due to their weight.
**PLEASE KNOW, WE HAVE NO MORE INFORMATION THAN YOU DO WHEN WE SHIP A PACKAGE. SOMETIMES, THEY TAKE A WEIRD ROUTE WAAAAAY OUT THE WAY! IT IS NOBODY'S FAVORITE WHEN THAT HAPPENS. WE SUGGEST WAITING A FEW DAYS AS PACKAGES HAVE A TENDENCY TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND SHOW UP! WE ALSO SUGGEST GETTING PACKAGES DELIVERED TO A LOCATION YOU FEEL IS SAFE & SECURE TO RECEIVE ITEMS.**
All items purchased online using any promo code can only be returned for store credit.
Items purchased with AfterPay can only be returned for store credit.

All new, unopened/unworn home goods & clothing with tags attached can be returned with a return initiated within 5 days of receiving item. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to initiate a return. We will send you back a printable shipping return label. Returns must be received back within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the return. You are more than welcome to return a package via another carrier or purchase return shipping yourself. We strongly suggest insuring the package, as we are not responsible for packages sent with a label we did not provide.
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges on items purchased online unless they are returned in person within 7 days of receipt. If you would like another size, we suggest initiating a return & placing a new order for the new item.
Original shipping costs paid by the customer (ie orders not using the free shipping option / expedited orders ) are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel an order before it ships out for any reason, we are happy to oblige.
However, we do have to charge a 3% cancellation fee to cover the transaction fees that are not refunded to us by our payment processor. If an item is purchased with AfterPay, the cancellation fee is 6% to cover the transaction fees that are not refunded to us.
If you would like the refund as store credit, this fee is waived.
As a super small business, we appreciate your understanding.
All items are processed from our brick & mortar location. We do our best to ensure inventory is correct. If there is an inventory issue and an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All new, unopened/unworn home goods & clothing with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a receipt. The refund will be issued via the card used to purchase. Orders purchased via card cannot be returned for cash. All items returned with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded for store credit via a gift card.
